Bansaari KOUSSEY

Bansaari KOUSSEY is a Managing Partner and co-founder of AZIMUTH Management Consultants and Partners Inc.
Bansaari has over 10 years of experience on three continents (Africa, Europe and America) in all areas of management, including accounting, auditing, change management, profitability analysis, project management, ERP implementation and stabilization. He has worked in companies in Africa, such as OPT Benin, Benin Shell and UBA Benin life.
Bansaari was involved in major projects, managing changes and IT migrations for ERP projects (SAP and Oracle) in large multinational groups like Teris Suez Environnement, Renault Trucks, Linde France, and bioMérieux.
Bansaari is also a professional trainer on IT tools and management processes. He also volunteers in supporting non-for-profit organizations (NPOs and NGOs) coaching young entrepreneurs on advisory services and by creating logos, business cards, graphics and websites.
Bansaari obtained a Higher National Diploma in Business Management at the National Institute of Economy. Bansaari also has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (BBA) from the Institute of Business Administration (IAE Lyon 3), a Diploma of Specialized Higher studies (DESS) in Business Administration from the Saint-Etienne IAE (ISEAG) and a Master in management Control and Operational Audit high computing dominance applied to management from the IAE of Saint-Etienne (ISEAG).

François R. JOLY

François JOLY is a Managing Partner and co-founder of AZIMUTH Management Consultants and Partners Inc.
François is a versatile Management Consultant with more than 15 years of experience and strong analytical, writing and communication skills, both in English and in French. His career began in the financial services sector where he leveraged his financial qualifications to provide advice on cost modeling and financial analysis for clients in both public and government environments. His business acumen took his career into major projects where he was able to combine financial experience with management controls and subsequently into project management.
As a project manager, François managed various important IT and finance projects in the public sector, including major crown projects. François is a Project Management Professional (PMP), a SAP certified project manager, a PRINCE2 and an Agile certified practitioner. As a financial management and business analyst, he specializes in compliance audits, risk-based IT audits, Policy on Internal Control work, benchmarking, process modeling, funding level reviews, budgetary and forecasting analyses and costing engagements.
François also enjoys part-time teaching and providing training of all sorts.
Finally, François holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (BBA) from the Université du Québec en Outaouais and an MBA from the University of Ottawa. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and a Certified Information Privacy Practitioner (CIPP/C).
